How to Apply the Goruda Icon Pack

1. Download the ZIP archive and extract it to a folder that you do not plan to move later.
2. Open Windhawk and install the Resource Redirect mod if it is not already installed.
3. Open the Resource Redirect settings.
4. Copy the full path of the extracted Goruda icon-pack folder and paste it into the relevant theme or resource path field.
5. Save the settings. If the path has quotation marks around it, remove them before saving.
6. Restart File Explorer or refresh the icon cache if the new icons do not appear immediately.

Before applying any desktop-wide customization, creating a Windows restore point is sensible. It is also easier to troubleshoot if you test one visual mod at a time instead of enabling several new ones together.

If Something Does Not Look Right

Nothing changed after saving: Confirm that you extracted the ZIP file and that the Resource Redirect path points to the correct folder, not to the ZIP archive itself.

Only some icons changed: This can be normal. Some applications use their own icons, and Windows may show folder thumbnails instead of a standard folder icon.

Old icons are still visible: Restart File Explorer or clear the Windows icon cache. Windows can continue displaying cached icons for a short time.

How to Remove It
